Dealer's Hand
If the dealer has a ten-value card as an up card,
he or she will immediately peek at his or her face down card, known as the
"hole" card. If the hole card is an ace then the dealer has a blackjack and
immediately turns over both cards. The dealer then collects the bets and
cards from all players except for those players who also have blackjack.
In this case the dealer will leave the players bet and indicate push by
tapping the top of the dealers hand on the table in front of that particular
players cards.
If the dealer, after peeking, finds that he or she does not have a blackjack
then the dealer will continue the game normally and start playing with the
first player on the table. If the dealer has an Ace as an up card he will
ask the players if they want insurance.
